Finally my back injury seemed to have gotten better.. Hmm.. It was quite bad for the past three to four days.. The ache was quite terrible~ T_T I thought I would need a follow-up with the specialist.. The GP said it was either muscle, nerve or bone-related. But probably that can be shelved for now, yea.

Read something interesting and meaningful.. It says about how our growth in life is impeded by other people..

The morale of the article is that our growth is not impeded by others, but by our ownselves! Often, we think that we are stuck and unable to progress because of many 'disturbances' around us, but in actual fact, only we ourselves have the power within to keep us going and going.

When we think that we are unable to do something because of 'this' and 'that', we don't like 'this' and 'that', it's actually our own mindset that sets a pre-determined outcome for our own. We're making ourselves miserable this way.

What the article says sound so true.. And it's definitely easier said than done..

But that's life, we have to keep trying..
